Live performance outdoors with 1000 dancers

Choreography: Wayne McGregor
Score: Scanner/Joel Cadbury

On July 14 1,000 Londoners from 40 different dance groups were united in motion in a new dance piece created by Wayne McGregor. McGregor is the choreographer everyone wants to work with at the moment – a recent list of collaborators includes music producer Mark Ronson, fashion designer Gareth Pugh, composer Mark-Anthony Turnage, artist Mark Wallinger, the Bolshoi Ballet and Thom Yorke from Radiohead.

Scanner has collaborated with Wayne on numerous productions since 2001 but this time he collaborate with Joel Cadbury of Unkle on this colourful and thrilling mass of infectious energy in such a public arena.
